I'm new to yoga, what class should I try?

We feature 2 public beginners classes ( Foundational Flow) per week, as well as beginners workshops on a rotating schedule. If you would like a more curated experience (perfect for injury recovery, post-natal exercise, etc.) we offer private yoga packages. Gentle Flow classes are specifically designed to be accessible to the broadest range of physical capabilities, making them a really great introduction/ re-introduction to practice if the beginner's classes do not line up with your schedule.
